Our Inclusion Networks

We want every colleague to be confident being themselves here at Asda, and we know giving those colleagues a space to share their thoughts, and challenge the way we do things, is how we get there. So we can be a truly inclusive workplace.

Making sure every colleague has a space to find support. That’s more like it.

One of the things I love about Asda is working with like minded colleagues who all have a shared goal to put our colleagues and customers at the heart of all we do.

Raising awareness

Since they were created, the networks have been key in raising awareness and sparking important conversations and dialogue in our workplace. Because they give our colleagues a space to ask questions, share their thoughts and feedback, connect with other colleagues, and understand what support is available to them.

We also have closed connections groups, where our colleagues can find vital support when they need it most. The current groups include baby loss, carers, fertility, menopause, armed veterans, and gender identity – including trans, nonbinary and genderfluid.

Our Networks and connection groups are all about making sure nobody gets left behind here. So all our Networks keep all our colleagues up to date with the latest inclusion news, upcoming events, and activities they can join.
